• Terms of Travel: All travel bookings are subject to availability and the specific terms of third-party providers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
• Financial and Personal Safety: TEL takes extensive measures to ensure the safety of all travelers. However, by using our services, you acknowledge that travel to certain destinations may involve risks, including but not limited to political unrest, security threats, or natural disasters. You assume all risks associated with the travel, and TEL is not responsible for any losses, injuries, or incidents that may occur.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy, which will be provided upon booking. Refunds, if applicable, will depend on the terms of the service providers involved.

b. Xporters: Product Sourcing and Export Services

• Service Description: Xporters facilitates product sourcing from various countries, allowing businesses to list their products for export, and consumers to request specific items.
• Export Terms: All exporters using our platform must comply with their local export regulations as well as the import laws of the destination country.
• Product Quality and Compliance: While we strive to ensure that the products listed meet high-quality standards, TEL is not responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, quality, or compliance with regulations unless explicitly guaranteed by us.
• Custom Product Requests: If you request a custom product, TEL will make reasonable efforts to source the item as requested. However, we do not guarantee availability or price stability due to external factors like market conditions or supplier availability.

c. Xchange: Job Placement Services

• Service Description: Xchange offers global job search services, connecting users with job opportunities in various regions. This includes custom job requests where users can specify the roles they are seeking.
• Employment Terms: TEL acts as a facilitator in the job placement process and does not act as the employer. All employment agreements are between the employer and the employee, and TEL does not guarantee the success of any job placement.
• Background Checks and Compliance: Employers using Xchange may require background checks, and it is the responsibility of both parties to ensure compliance with local labor laws. TEL is not liable for any employment disputes that may arise.
• Custom Job Requests: Users submitting custom job requests agree that TEL will make reasonable efforts to match them with suitable opportunities. However, we do not guarantee job placements.

5. Fees and Payment

• Travel Services: Payment for Xplorers services is required at the time of booking, and may be subject to additional fees or surcharges based on third-party providers.
• Product Sourcing and Export: Fees for Xporters services, including custom product requests, will be disclosed upfront, and payment is required before processing begins.
• Job Placement: Xchange services may be subject to administrative or placement fees, which will be communicated prior to using the service.

All payments must be made using approved payment methods. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in the cancellation of services or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property
